The client wanted an extension to create an additional ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Care had to be taken digging the footings as the rear yard had the mains electric cable running through it for the street. Internally we gutted the house, rewired it and insulated internal walls. The floor was rotten which was repaired.
