Our team have achieved Trustmark accreditation having achieved PAS2030 qualification in retrofit of property to install internal and external wall insulation alonside upgarding of boilers.

With the cost of energy increasing and the value of properties impacted by poor energy performance, more and more people are looking to make their properties more efficient to avoid heat loss through the fabric of the building.

Many poor quality retofits have taken place resulting in mould and condensation and fabric deterioriation. The Government has set to avoid this and has provided a standard and detail of workmanship which ensures fabric upgrades are appropriate and carefully considered.
